I had a reservation and arrived, but the clerk refused to rent me a room because he assumed I was a partier. I offered a valid credit card and thought that would suffice. I didn't have any alcohol or anything that suggested I was there for a party. This experience left me needing to find another place to stay on a busy weekend.

Do recommend for a day tour
Cozy rooms, convenient amenities, the breakfast was a nice start to the day, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to plan my excursions around the area.
Completely flawless.

Not so pleasant stay
We stayed here with the kids and honestly, it was a mess. Our stuff went missing, including meds and some clothes! When I asked the staff about it, they were super rude. The breakfast was decent though. Just wish the service matched the food quality.

I appreciated the clean and comfortable room, and the staff's warm hospitality made my stay even more delightful. The access to a well-maintained patio for relaxation was a lovely touch for us seniors.
Better accessibility features for seniors would be helpful.

would love to come back
The room was cozy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a small refrigerator. We had a nice private bathroom with shampoo and body soap. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfy. They even had a great little patio to chill out. Breakfast was simple with cereals and hard-boiled eggs. Perfect for a budget stay.

Loved the cozy, clean room with comfy beds and a breezy AC. Plus, the location's perfect—close to everything fun yet peaceful too. The affordable price is a cherry on top!
But, oh dear, the bathroom door was a bit of a diva—didn't want to close! And let's just say the shower curtain could use a vacation—mold's not a cute look!

missingWrote a review on 18 Julmodernized roomeasy accesscomfortable staynoisy highwayincomplete renovation
Location right on the highway provides easy access to surrounding attractions. The rooms were unexpectedly modernized, creating a comfortable stay despite the aged exterior.
The exterior of the building screams 1950s motel, which might throw you off at first glance. Noise from the highway can disrupt your peace, especially at night. While there were updates in the rooms, details like the bathroom door not closing properly and mold on the shower curtain indicate that the renovations fell short—feels more like a halfway job. Lack of basic amenities like hotel conditioner left me underwhelmed during my stay.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff seemed friendly enough. The location of Frontier Lodge is fantastic. it’s close to the hot springs and other attractions. The bed felt comfortable, and the room had decent space. However, I did notice that the overall cleanliness wasn’t up to par. There were a few dusty corners and some remnants of prior guests left behind. The Wi-Fi was spotty, which made it hard for me to work remotely. I expected better amenities for the price I paid. Some more attention to housekeeping would make a huge difference, since the potential is there for a great stay if those issues are addressed.
